This policy explains how GooCampus World(“GooCampus”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your information when you use the Salary Comparison Tool. We only collect what we need to give you your results and, with your consent, to help you plan your medical career abroad. We never sell your data.
When you use the Salary Comparison Tool, we may collect:
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16, and we never ask for sensitive information such as passwords or payment details.
Your details are stored in our customer-relationship system (Airtable) so our advisory team can follow up. We share data only with the service providers that operate this tool on our behalf — currently Airtable (lead management), Resend (email delivery), and Netlify with Neon (hosting and database). These providers process your data only on our instructions and may store it outside India. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide guidance and for our legitimate business records, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing info@goocampus.in. Marketing emails include a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of further contact whenever you like. We'll honour your request promptly.
We use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Microsoft Clarity and PostHog) to understand how visitors use this site so we can improve it. These tools collect usage data — pages visited and interactions — but do not receive your answers or contact details.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
